Humdrum Life

And when I am naked, of giving all I have
Still I would search for the lack of the ‘I’
If love were so easy as lust were to ‘He’
Happiness would be mine, forever mine……

Love isn't easy to make. More so when unrequited and with a loathsome person.

Yeah D2..@ Paulami yes it's a part of a larger poem..trouble is sometimes they are so personal that putting it up is a tough decision :)

The imperfect balance of give and take coupled with a lousy thing called "expectation" - tragic!

Women submit themselves to men hoping they would understand their love but all men care about is themselves and their pleasure. However, not everyone are like that and I hope that I would meet someone from the later, not the former category.

Aha - it is a two-way street! Really nicely written, but it feels a little abrupt. Is there more before and after this stanza?

Wow!!! It is so beautiful. So painful. And so beautiful!
